My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing due to poor build quality and an unsatisfactory management approach. The friendly staff made an effort, but issues like a malfunctioning AC and maintenance problems overshadowed this. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there are significant changes made, especially considering it's rated as a 4-star hotel.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the staff was friendly, the lack of air conditioning during summer and the poor condition of the facilities really overshadowed the stay.
